About
She believes that every individual has the tools to find what they need, but sometimes it is difficult to know where to start. Danielle's role as a therapist is to build a safe and nonjudgmental partnership to support her clients in connecting with their own inner wisdom and capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. She combines her clients' knowledge of their own lives with her training and experience to support them as whole people in the context of their intersecting identities, experiences, and environment. Danielle specializes in working with young adults and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. She utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian Theory, and Existential Theory to support her clients as whole people (mind, body, spirit) and their connections to the world around them. Danielle is committed to ongoing personal and professional growth through training, consultation, community involvement, and engagement in wellness practices for her own well-being and to better support her clients.
