At D Luray Wallace Esq., we are passionate about protecting the rights and needs of children. Our practice is led by former high school teacher and counselor, Attorney Ray Wallace, who specializes in education law cases, juvenile court matters, criminal cases, and a limited number of domestic relations cases. Attorney Wallace has extensive experience in legal assistance, having previously been a Managing Attorney at Southeastern Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation, taught at Boston College Law School, and represented the states Medicaid program in state and federal litigation. He has also been the founding Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Childrens Rights Committee and past president of the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute. With a B.S. degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a J.D. from Boston College Law School, Attorney Wallace is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals.
