With a focus on helping individuals who have experienced trauma, Crystal has extensive experience working with families and individuals from birth through adulthood. Her background in working with children and caregivers in the hospital setting has given her a unique opportunity to work with various medical conditions and extensive healthcare trauma. Crystal's approach to treatment is multifaceted, utilizing play, expressive art, sand, narrative therapy, and traditional 'talk therapy' to empower her clients to lead their treatment journey. As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, Crystal consults with a team of therapists and psychiatrists to ensure that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If needed, she can provide seamless referrals for testing and medication management.
