She specializes in trauma and PTSD, sex therapy, and addiction, and provides counseling services for anxiety, depression, grief, and life changes. At Agape Counseling Services, therapy is not about labels or quick fixes, but about understanding the story beneath the symptoms. Connie uses evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and psychodynamic therapy, to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment for clients to explore their story openly.
