She works with children, adults, families, and couples to help them gain a better understanding of themselves and develop healthier ways to meet their needs. Connie-Anne provides heart-centered, client-focused, and trauma-sensitive therapy in a compassionate and non-judgmental safe space. She works cooperatively with clients to create the life they desire to live, while helping them process and let go of conditionings and limiting beliefs that don't serve who they want to become. Connie-Anne is available for in-person and Telehealth sessions on most Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
