Comprehensive MedPsych Systems (CMPS) is a premier mental health and medical provider located in St. Augustine Beach, Florida. We specialize in providing top-notch care with telehealth for a variety of services, such as therapy, psychiatric medication management, psychological testing, and educational consultation. Additionally, we offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato treatments. We proudly accept most insurances, which are covered the same as if you visited our office – co-pay and deductible applicable. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness, we kindly ask that you cancel with sufficient notice to avoid being charged a late cancel/no show fee.
