Their mission is to provide quality behavioral health services to stabilize, strengthen, and support youth, adults, and families. Compass understands the complexity of behavioral health needs and utilizes a combination of trauma-informed and evidence-based therapies. With 15 locations throughout Virginia, including Norfolk, Compass offers a range of services, including ABA Therapy, Intensive In-Home (IIH), Multisystemic Therapy (MST), Mental Health Skill-building Services, Community Stabilization, Therapeutic Day Treatment, Parenting Support Services, Therapeutic Mentoring, Outpatient Therapy, and Neurodevelopmental Psych Testing.

ABA Therapy
Compass provides home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents under the age of 21, who demonstrate significant impairment in adaptive functioning that is related to either developmental delays or other health conditions.
Intensive In-Home (IIH)
Intensive In-Home (IIH) is a home-based, highly supportive and comprehensive program that provides stability for children, adolescents, and their family who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
Multisystemic Therapy (MST)
Multisystemic therapy (MST) is an intensive, evidence-based treatment program provided in the home and community settings for youth experiencing significant clinical impairment in disruptive behavior, mood, and/or substance use.
Mental Health Skill-building Services
Mental Health Skill-building Services (MHSS) is an intensive, home-based service that is designed to assist the client in obtaining independence or stability within the community.
Community Stabilization
Compass provides Community Stabilization services to support individuals and families in achieving stability and independence within their community.
Therapeutic Day Treatment
Therapeutic Day Treatment is a program designed to provide intensive therapy and support to children and adolescents who are experiencing significant mental health challenges.
