Community Connections, Inc. is a non-profit agency that was incorporated in May 1975 as South Central Adjustment Training Center. We have been providing support for individuals with disabilities for over 45 years. Our services have evolved and grown with the times, and today we are supporting over 50 individuals with a staff of 65 and six community living options, only one of which is a group home. Our work consists mostly of community-based jobs with more options for employment. We are proud to have been helping individuals with disabilities reach their goals for the past four decades.
