At Community Access Tyler, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Texas. Our mission is to support individuals in reaching their highest level of physical, intellectual, behavioral and vocational functioning. We have grown from one ICF/IDD group home to more than 30 ICF/IDD and HCS facilities across the state, and our regional offices span from West Texas to North Texas, East Texas and the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Our comprehensive programs are available in a community near you, and we are committed to elevating the quality of life for those with developmental disabilities.
