Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities (CFPD) is a locally managed pooled trust established in 1994 with the mission of enhancing the independence and quality of life for people who are elderly or disabled and their families. We specialize in Supplemental Needs Trusts and have grown our range of services to meet the wide demands of helping families protect and conserve assets and enhance the quality of life. CFPD evaluates, monitors, oversees, coordinates and implements services in partnership with its clients and their families to ensure and maintain their rights, integrity and dignity. We are proud to be the largest and longest-standing pooled trust in Colorado.
