Michelle Drapkin, a board-certified psychologist (ABPP, A-CBT). Located in Highland Park, NJ, the practice offers expert, state-of-the-art, evidence-based treatment in a warm, friendly environment, both in person and via secure telehealth. With more than 100 years of combined clinical and research experience, the team brings deep expertise in psychological health and wellbeing. They are trained in a wide range of evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), exposure-based treatments for anxiety and OCD, DBT skills, and motivational interviewing. The CBT Center works with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, insomnia, trauma, and relationship issues. They are proud advocates for the LGBTQIA+ community and welcome individuals of all races, ethnicities, religions, and sexual orientations. The practice provides in-person therapy at their Highland Park office, as well as secure telehealth services throughout New Jersey, New York, and 40+ states through PsyPact.
