Coarc | The Starting Place is the Columbia County Chapter of The Arc New York, the largest family-based provider of services to individuals with disabilities in the US. Our mission is to meet the needs of people with disabilities, regardless of their income level, age, gender, race/ethnicity, or language. We offer support to more than 500 individuals experiencing developmental/Intellectual disabilities through our facilities and programs. Our team is dedicated to providing accessible and inclusive support services, empowering those with disabilities to live their best life.
