Core Services
The Core Services program provides information and referral, peer support, independent living skills training, individual and systems advocacy, and youth transition services to assess needs, provide guidance, and connect people to the programs and resources that support independence at every stage of life.
Purchase Services
The Purchase Services Program helps remove barriers to independence by providing access to essential durable medical equipment and adaptive supports, including hearing aids, walkers, wheelchairs, CPAP machines, and vehicle and home modifications, among other critical items.
Work Incentives Planning & Assistance (WIPA)
The WIPA program provides free, individualized benefits counseling to people with disabilities who receive Social Security benefits, helping individuals understand how employment, earnings, and life changes may impact SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, and Medicare so they can make informed decisions, protect their benefits, and work toward greater financial independence.
Relocation & Accessible Housing
The organization supports individuals in finding and maintaining safe, accessible housing by addressing physical barriers, accessibility needs, and housing-related challenges that impact independence.
