At Client Assistance Program (CAP) in Washington State, we provide advocacy services to help individuals better understand their rights and responsibilities with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Department of Services for the Blind (DSB), Independent Living Programs (ILP’s) and Tribal Vocational Rehabilitation Programs. Our services also include information about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), social security benefits, and individualized advocacy services such as assistance with administrative proceedings.
