When life happens, it happens and it can leave you with many questions and uncertainties. My goal is to help you discover your strengths, and to use them in accomplishing your goals in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Ultimately, I want to help you reach your fullest potential as an individual. I specialize in working with adolescents/adults ages 10-35. I also work with individuals who may be experiencing the following: anxiety, depression, social skills, emotional regulation, stress management, and parenting support. I enjoy working with a diverse population as it is helpful to gain additional expertise. Valuing the unique concerns of an individual; I work from a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach. I provide treatment that is evidence-based, and that is personalized to meet the individual’s specific needs and desires. Now is the time to heal and grow from those uncertainties.
