As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I am grounded in the principles of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy, which emphasize the transformative power of intentional decision-making. I believe that meaningful change begins when individuals recognize that while we cannot control others or every circumstance, we can control one powerful element—our own choices. This shift in perspective fosters clarity, emotional strength, and personal growth. In addition to my work with adults, and families, I have served as a licensed school counselor, supporting children and adolescents through academic, emotional, and behavior. With 44 years of marriage, I understand that each partner brings their full life experience into the relationship. These histories shape how they handle love, conflict, and communication. As a therapist, I help couples recognize these differences and work toward resolutions that create balance, healing, and lasting harmony.
