He uses systems theory and marriage and family therapy methods to help individuals, couples, and families overcome obstacles and develop a sense of well-being and satisfaction. The practice offers individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy sessions, focusing on issues such as ADHD, relationship satisfaction, and substance use.
