Christine Szegda

With a background in psychology and education, Christine specializes in coaching gifted adults, parents of gifted children, and gifted students. She also provides Reiki and Healing Touch for Animals. Christine's approach focuses on helping individuals connect with their body, inner wisdom, and parts that know how to heal and thrive. She has extensive experience as a teacher and coach, with over two decades of work in public education and as a Talented and Gifted Program Administrator. Christine's credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master's in Education, and certifications in Reiki, Healing Touch for Animals, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and International Coaching Federation coaching. She is also a Certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach and has completed the Compassion Cultivation Training program.
