She has been in practice as a therapist since 2016. Christine tailors evidence-based therapy interventions to the individual and their unique needs, while promoting a trusting and secure relationship. She specializes in working with young people transitioning to adulthood (ages 16-25) as well as the LGBTQ+ community. Christine's mission is to help individuals create a full and meaningful life worth living, especially for those struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and difficulties in relationships. She has advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive disorder and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for traumatic experiences and trauma-related stress. She enjoys using these tools when appropriate, along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approaches.
