About
Located in Gulf Breeze, FL, they offer trauma-informed, holistic counseling for individuals, couples, teens, and families across Navarre, Gulf Breeze, Destin, Pensacola, and throughout the state of Florida via secure online therapy. Their team, led by Christina Ropp, LMHC, believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen and works with clients to create a personalized approach that honors the complexity of their story. They specialize in modern, evidence-based modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Schema Therapy, all delivered with warmth, skill, and authenticity. Their clients often describe therapy at Wild Thistle Therapy as feeling different: deeper, safer, and more transformational than traditional talk therapy. The practice was founded on the belief that the most lasting change comes from within, and that even the most hidden parts of ourselves are worthy of gentleness and grace.
