About
Christina has over 15 years of experience working with children and families, using a collaborative approach to provide guidance and tools for everyday life. The practice specializes in treating trauma, attachment needs, depression, and anxiety in children. They also work with presenting issues related to foster/adoption, neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, etc.), life changes, grief/loss, and more. Christina's approach focuses on staying within a child's window of tolerance while supporting them to address current challenges and reach their goals. The practice is dedicated to learning about the brain, interpersonal neurobiology, and attachment theory and research, applying this knowledge in playful and supportive ways. Christina is a mommy to two wild boys, ages 6 and 8, who have taught her valuable lessons about relating to families she works with. She believes that families do not have to face challenges alone and would love to help. The practice is committed to providing the best practice care supported by current research, in a fun and engaging way.
