About
Hygieia Behavioral Health Foundation is a community-focused 501 (C)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the mental health needs of BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other marginalized communities by providing qualified resources and treatment. Their mission is to empower individuals on their journey to recovery by fostering strength, unity, and hope through accessible, affordable, and inclusive mental health care for all. They provide in-person therapy in Long Beach and Lakewood, serve clients across Los Angeles County, accept Medi-Cal and many major insurance plans, and offer virtual therapy throughout California. Their goal is to promote overall mental health for all by working proactively to remove the barriers to effective therapy.
