Child & Family Connections of Central Illinois CFC #14 is a regional intake agency for families with children from birth through three to enter the Illinois Early Intervention System. Our Early Intervention credentialed Service Coordinators work with families to develop an Individualized Family Service Plan and select service providers to meet the individualized needs of their child. Additionally, CFC provides Social Emotional Consultative Services and free developmental screenings through the Local Interagency Councils. We are committed to providing families with the resources and support they need to ensure the best possible outcomes for their children.
