Chelsie provides Counseling, Reiki Energy Healing, and Somatic Breathwork (SBW) services to empower individuals to heal and reconnect with their authentic selves. With a focus on mindfulness and somatic therapeutic techniques, Chelsie's approach integrates body, mind, and spirit to facilitate lasting transformation and healing. She specializes in working with clients struggling with anxiety, drawing from her personal experience and training as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner. Chelsie's services are available in-person at her Los Alamos office and in Santa Fe, as well as via telehealth to clients across New Mexico. With a diverse range of skills and training, Chelsie's practice is a unique and personalized space for individuals to explore their healing journey.
