They offer weekly individual therapy, weekly skills group, and 24/7 phone coaching to help individuals apply the skills they learn to their life. The practice has a minimum 6-month commitment for treatment, which is the length of time the research shows is minimally needed to make real change. They work with individuals who are struggling with suicidal ideation, borderline personality, self-harming, and other emotional challenges.
