With years of experience and training, including EMDR and nutrition for mental health, Charmagne offers professional and practical insight, guidance, encouragement, and support to her clients. She specializes in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, adoption, and other areas of concern. Charmagne's approach to therapy is eclectic and holistic, meeting each client where they are and addressing their unique needs. She is certified in EMDR therapy and is an Integrative Mental Health Practitioner, using nutrition in mental health therapy. Charmagne works with adolescents (ages 11-18) and adults, providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to work through their issues and achieve growth, hope, and healing. With a passion for helping people heal from hurts and grow into the best versions of themselves, Charmagne is dedicated to providing compassionate and active listening, guidance, education, support, and encouragement to her clients.
