With a passion for helping individuals, Charlin blends client-centered, CBT, DBT, and solutions-focused approaches to create a non-judgmental and open-minded therapeutic environment. Charlin's therapeutic philosophy is centered around the idea that every individual is unique and beautiful in their own way, and that they have a unique story to share. Charlin's education includes a major in psychology from the University of California, Davis, and a graduate degree in counseling from California State University, East Bay. Charlin is currently pursuing a behavior analysis certificate program at Arizona State University. Charlin Lumia LMFT specializes in helping individuals with behavioral issues, stress, and coping skills.
