Charis Hills Camp is a Christian Summer Camp located in the North Texas Hill Country area that provides kids, ages 7 to 18, with learning differences and social difficulties—such as ADD, ADHD, high-functioning Autism, Aspergers disorder, and other special needs—with a place of acceptance. Our mission is to provide a positive camp experience while sharing the good news about Jesus Christ. Through our camp experience, we focus on helping kids learn about Christ, improve their social skills, boost their self-esteem and confidence, and understand that their differences are neither uncommon nor debilitating. We combine recreation with learning and traditional camp activities to give kids the chance to find greater success and fun in their daily lives.
