Founded in 1990, CICIL empowers people with disabilities to control their lives and participate and integrate in their community. They serve individuals in seven counties: Boone, Dallas, Jasper, Madison, Polk, Story, and Warren. CICIL offers various services, including information and referral, advocacy, employment, peer support, transition services, and benefits planning. Their mission is to promote independent living and self-reliance among people with disabilities, ultimately benefiting the entire community.
