Central Illinois Service Access, Incorporated (CISA)

Central Illinois Service Access, Inc. (CISA) is an independent service coordination agency funded primarily by the Department of Human Services / Office of Mental Health (DHS / ODD). Our mission is to provide life-long advocacy and service access to persons with developmental disabilities, always keeping the consumer in mind and based on consumer choice. Our services include referral services, advocacy, pre-admission screening and monitoring to ensure individuals with developmental disabilities are able to access the resources they need. We are committed to providing quality service access and linking individuals with the necessary service providers for residential and vocational placements. Our offices are located throughout the state so that we can effectively reach and support those in need. CISA strives to be an integral part of the communities we serve.
