The Center for Independence (CFI) is a consumer-driven, non-residential, not-for-profit organization based in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, with the mission to empower individuals with disabilities to live independently. CFI provides individualized services and system advocacy to those with all types of disabilities, regardless of their age or duration of disability. The organization works with individuals to create a goal plan (independent living plan) that best fits their needs and disability, while promoting community solutions and independence.
