The Center for Excellence in Disabilities (CED) is a comprehensive interagency resource dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of individuals of all ages with developmental and other disabilities and their families, so they can experience independence and inclusion in society through informed choices and self-determination. Our goal is to support individuals with disabilities in the movement from institutional to community settings, develop inclusive educational opportunities, and provide state-of-the-art services to meet their health and related needs. Based in Morgantown, West Virginia, CED is committed to strengthening existing systems that serve people with disabilities throughout the state and building the capacity of professionals to provide care.
