The Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy in Columbus, Ohio is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art diagnostic assessments and ABA-based therapies to meet the individual needs of children with autism and other developmental delays. Our team of experienced professionals uses evidence-based methods such as the ADI-R, Direct Observations, CARS, ASDS, medical and educational records reviews, and adaptive behavior scales to accurately evaluate and diagnose each child. The Center also implements the Ohio Autism Project’s recommendations when available. ABA-based therapies are employed to teach language, social behavior, and decrease repetitive or inappropriate behaviors, all while ensuring ongoing analysis and assessments to modify teaching methods and rewards as needed.
