Located in Burke and Gainesville, Virginia, CATS provides relationship-focused therapy that honors each client’s unique story and nervous system. They specialize in the art and science of safety and connection, supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating attachment and developmental trauma, adoption, neurodivergence, early loss, and intergenerational stress—offering proven, body-based and relational approaches that create lasting healing.
