They work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, stress, sleep issues, and difficulties with emotion regulation, as well as those navigating life transitions, work-related stress, and relationship challenges.
Insurance & payment
District CBT is an out-of-network provider. Many clients receive reimbursement through their insurance plans. They are happy to provide a superbill (detailed invoice) that you can submit directly to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage.
