About
The practice offers a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where clients can work towards measurable goals and achieve resolution and healing. They adapt the therapeutic process to meet individual needs, helping clients develop coping skills and tools to change thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The therapists at Penny Lane use research-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Approaches.
