Cathy Zedd, LCSW, is a family therapist and parent consultant with extensive experience in working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing challenges with parenting. She specializes in providing a supportive and empathetic environment to foster awareness, understanding, and positive growth as a parent, partner, and individual. Cathy's integrative style includes methods such as Family Systems, Parenting with Love and Logic, Solution and Strength Oriented Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. She has worked in various settings, including child/adolescent outpatient and inpatient clinics, and private practice. Cathy's areas of specialty focus on individual, couples, and families experiencing challenges with parenting, as well as couples seeking support around their marriage and life decisions. She has completed level 2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy and training to be a facilitator for premarital counseling.
