Cathy Land-Morrel

Cathy Land-Morrel is a dedicated therapist with a deep commitment to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals healing from religious trauma, and adults and adolescents on their transformative journeys. She has a significant amount of experience working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, Autism, and other neurodiverse conditions. Cathy's approach to therapy focuses on creating a safe and welcoming space where individuals can be themselves, find healing, and grow. She takes a holistic approach, focusing on her clients' strengths and building on what they're already capable of doing. Cathy has experience working with trans individuals, late-diagnosed autistic individuals, and individuals with ADHD, as well as their partners and parents. She is neurodivergent herself, which allows her to connect with her clients on a deeper level and provide a unique understanding of their experiences.
