Catholic Charities Family & Community Outreach CTR is a health and human service nonprofit organization providing help and creating hope for people of every race and religion across eight counties in Northeast Ohio. They offer a wide range of services, including Behavioral Health Prevention, Mental Health, Substance Use Treatment, and Families, Children, & Community Services. Their services are rooted in the belief that every person is made in God's image, and they aim to help individuals and families reach their full potential. With multiple locations throughout the Diocese of Cleveland, Catholic Charities Family & Community Outreach CTR serves everyone throughout the eight counties. They also offer telehealth services for those who are unable to meet face-to-face.
