Their approach is deeply relational and embodied, weaving together insights from family systems, the psychophysiology of trauma, attachment theory, neuroscience, and mindfulness. They empower clients to cultivate lasting well-being from the inside out by creating the conditions for rupture and repair, being truly heard, and discovering what healthy relationship feels like in the body. Alpine Integrative Wellness also trains the next generation of clinicians through their postgraduate training program.
