With 25 years of experience, she combines social work, yoga therapy, psychotherapy, ancestral healing, energy work, spiritual rituals, and earth medicine to help individuals transcend a linear healing model. Laya's approach is body-centered, connecting with the elements, and integrating spirit, mind, heart, and physical body. She works with clients to establish a powerful connection to their authentic soul self, gifts, and medicine, and to expand their awareness through heart-centered alignment. Laya's services are available in French, English, and Spanish, and she is committed to serving the LatinX community and immigrant populations. Her goal is to help clients manifest their embodied divine potential and find inner peace.
