About
Their team includes Nationally Certified Counselors, Licensed Professional Counselors, a Massage Therapist, a Life Coach, and selected student interns from the OSU Cascades Counseling Program. They encourage clients to browse through their team of therapists and find a good fit. The deep belief that people are stronger in groups than as individuals motivated the development of Catalyst as a group practice. They have created a therapeutic environment where counselors share a common thread of high integrity and ethical work, offering a full spectrum of services to support clients' progress toward healing and well-being. They invite clients to stroll through their website, contact the provider they feel most aligned with, and note the days and times they are available and their insurance coverage. They will respond with recommendations for care. Their therapists use various approaches, including polyvagal theory, EMDR, and somatic approaches, to help clients release negative emotions and energy stored in their bodies. They support clients healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity issues, among other challenges. They welcome clients from early adolescence through adults of all ages and offer couples counseling. They are available by appointment, Monday through Friday, from 10:00am - 7:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am - 7:00pm, with limited hours on Sunday from 10:00am - 4:00pm.
