About
She specializes in trauma, grief, loss, depression, domestic violence, anxiety, self-determination, and self-esteem for all ages. Utilizing Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Trauma Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Psychodynamic Therapy, Carolyn helps clients find and develop the facility to say 'No' to definitions that limit them, to self-images that leave them vulnerable, and to explore their story of themselves in search of how it works for them and how it does not. She believes that therapy can provide support and practical feedback to help clients put past experience in perspective and address current life challenges with an eye to future goals. Carolyn's role as a therapist is to help clients assess what's working and isn't working in their life, what they seek to change and how, to explore their true potential and personal goals for a life that, in their own eyes, is worth celebrating.
