The Carolyn Kordich Family Resource Center provides essential emotional, informational and educational support to expectant parents and families of infants and toddlers (birth to age 36 months) with disabilities or at risk of disability. Our mission is to empower these families to make well-informed decisions for their children through the California Early Start Program.
