She is also the parent of two boys with diagnosed neuro-developmental disorders. Carrie has built her practice around her experiences as a counselor and as a parent, learning what works and what doesn't. She has helped countless families, educators, and healthcare professionals, locally, nationally, and internationally, since 1985. Through a range of services, including Relationship Development Intervention (RDI), Carrie helps parents break down the big picture into smaller, more manageable steps, nurturing growth and maximizing potential, now and for a lifetime. She offers distance consulting to those outside the Puget Sound area, making it easy and effective to work with her. Carrie's personal experience with autism, combined with her knowledge of RDI, makes her an asset to families seeking guidance. She is a state of Washington Child Mental Health Specialist and an RDI Program Certified Consultant.
