Carol Sheffield, the founder, has over twenty years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, past trauma, stress, anger management, family and relationship difficulties, behavioral problems, positive decision making, substance abuse, and grief/loss. She also has experience working with service members and their families, having been married to an Air Force veteran. Carol holds a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska, and is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner in the state of Nebraska. The practice has two locations: 9412 Giles Rd suite 101, La Vista, NE 68128, and Galvin Rd South Suite A, Bellevue, NE.
