Carly's approach focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship, which she believes is essential for healing and growth. She offers a compassionate and honest environment where clients can work together to identify their goals and achieve meaningful change. In addition to traditional talk therapy, Carly also provides art therapy as a creative outlet for self-expression and discovery. Her experience as a parent has given her unique insight into the complexities of family life, and she works with clients to strengthen communication and support positive relationships with partners, friends, coworkers, and family members. Carly's office hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 9am to 4pm, and she welcomes new clients.
