With a Christ-centered framework, she utilizes EMDR, play therapy, and brain-based approaches to promote emotional regulation, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of peace. As a Marriage and Family Counseling Master's degree holder from Mississippi College, Carley has trained in play therapy, cognitive and behavioral approaches, and is currently pursuing additional training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Lifespan Integration, and EMDR with a focus on children and adolescents. She specializes in helping young clients and adults feel safe, seen, and supported using trauma-informed, age-appropriate care.
