Located minutes from Routes 95 and near the Newburyport center, Cara's light-filled office provides a comfortable space for clients to work towards their best self. She offers psychotherapy to adults, children, adolescents, and their families, helping them develop strategies to cope with difficulties and stress, and gain a more positive outlook over time. Cara's ultimate goal is to equip her clients with the necessary tools to make informed decisions for themselves.
