Located in Paradise, Texas, just north of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex on 460 acres of land, the camp is accredited by the American Camp Association and licensed as a Youth Camp in the State of Texas. Camp Summit focuses on each camper's abilities, rather than their disabilities, with activities adapted to meet the needs of all campers. The camp welcomes campers of all ages, from 6 to 99, with a sliding-scale fee based on household income. Over 90% of campers receive financial assistance, and the camp never turns away a camper due to an inability to pay the full fee.
